Tokyo Japan

Published by admin under Tokyo Japan Nightlife

Tokyo was a wild and crazy time for me, actually most of it was a blur. I went there around 2003 timeframe when Roppongi was the hotspot for foreigners. Gas panic was the club to go to at that time, good beer, hot women and FUN! Club 99 downstairs offered a change of scene from the wild party bar scene. In the middle there is a pizza joint that was pretty good (beer food.) There are so many places around Roppongi to party though. There are two Gas Panic’s in the area. Greatest part about partying in Japan is that you can walk around outside and drink alcohol that the same time. You can’t get any better then public intoxication and a city full of hot women and good beer. There are soooo many clubs around you can’t possibly hit them all. Japan is a very trendy place though, so what was hot last year may not be this year. So make sure to do your research before you go to make sure you are hitting the right club and party spots. I believe Shibuya is a pretty hotspot right now. But as in any big city you can always find fun somewhere you just have to seek it out. And it always makes it a bit easier to do when you are with some friends.

There are many things to do around Tokyo, so if you go don’t just party the whole time. Make sure to alot some time for sight seeing and touring. I have been to Tokyo 4 or 5 times now and I always find something new when I go.

let us know where you part in Tokyo. help me help you find the party! Nightlife in Tokyo rocks though!

Seoul Korea Nightlife

Published by admin under Seoul Korea Nightlife

I went to Seoul many times, most of the times I have been there I was with the military so I stayed close to the military population.  With that being said, I spent a lot of time in Itaewon.  Itaewon is a little district in Seoul that has many bars, clubs, restaurants, vendors etc…  They mainly cater to the military, but there are many good things going on around there.  One of my favorite places to go when I was there was a little bar about halfway up the Itaewon strip named “Gecko’s”.  Located on the 2nd floor across the street from the Burger King.  I haven’t been there in years, but it was a very laid back bar, you could be cheap beers, good food and a cigar to top it all off.

After I caught a good buzz at Gecko’s I would usually head to the Hyatt at the top of the hill.   The Hyatt has a great club at the bottom named JJ Mahoney’s which is one of the best clubs in Seoul.  It is a bit pricey though (thats why I would get nice and buzzed at Gecko’s.)  JJ’s has two sides a techno side and a live band / bar side.  Very fun atmosphere, usually no Americans around so you are a hot commodity if you know what I mean.

There are plenty of other spots to hit up around the area, these are just the ones I most frequently visited.  If you have any updates or any suggestions please leave comments.
